Universal Theme Parks 2024 & Beyond: 10 Reasons To Be Excited

With Universal's Halloween Horror Nights immense popularity with guests, when the company were looking to expand to other parts of the US, it's only right that an all-year horror experience would be on the cards.

Universal Horror Unleashed is set to open in Las Vegas, bringing with it spooky times to every season. The new experience is set to open in AREA15, a part of Las Vegas known for its immersive entertainment. AREA15 currently houses Meow Wolf's Omega Mart, an interactive art experience that takes guests into a weird and wonderful world with a sci-fi filled mystery.

Universal have yet to reveal what will feature in its 20-acre expansion of AREA15. Previous annual HHN events in the parks have usually been a mixture of original stories and well known horror movie and television franchises. One thing Universal have confirmed is that "guests can expect a continuously updated experience with must-see seasonal events."

We are yet to learn how the Universal Horror Unleashed will work with regards to the experience such as how often the properties will be changed? Could the new experience bring with it something completely different?

Horror fans will probably have to wait a while to finally step inside the year-round attraction.
