1. Vicente Del Bosque - Spain
Sure, you can claim that Del Bosque took over Spain at the perfect time. They were a team loaded with talent coming off of winning the 2008 Euro Cup. Even if that is true, you cant argue with the results under Del Bosque, as they have won both the 2010 World Cup and the 2012 Euro Cup under him. Spain has had arguably the best stretch any national team has ever had, and Del Bosque has been a big part of that. The team is older now, but they keep on winning, as they are 70-8-8 under Del Bosque. Hes also won two league titles and two Champions League titles with Real Madrid, cementing his status as a legend in Spain. It would be unprecedented for Spain to win this World Cup, especially in South America. Still, having Del Bosque at their disposal gives Spain the best manager at this tournament.
