Upon arriving in 2004, Mourinho quickly made an impression on the English game - winning the Premier League and League Cup in his first season in charge of Chelsea. Naturally, this ruffled a few feathers in the old guard and Mourinho wasn't shy in feuding with his fellow managers, tackling them in his beloved mind games.

Wenger was asked about Chelsea in a press conference and responded that due to a recent dip in form he felt the side had lost "a little bit of belief". Them's fighting words, I'm sure you'll agree, and Mourinho was enraged, saying the following:

"He's always talking about us. It's Chelsea, Chelsea, Chelsea. I don't know if he wants my job, I don't know. He loves Chelsea."

"I think he is one of these people who is a voyeur. He likes to watch other people. There are some guys who, when they are at home, they have a big telescope to see what happens in other families. He speaks and speaks and speaks about Chelsea."

Wow. He later apologised to Wenger for his comments.
