2012 saw Ricardo Vaz Te flourish up front in his first season with the Hammers, scoring 12 goals in 18 games and securing their promotion back to the Premier League, Vaz Te sported this mohawk throughout the season and as his performances got better and better, it seemed his mohawk was growing in proportionate measures. Displaying a much less powerful hairstyle nowadays, his performances seem to have deteriorated somewhat too. Coincidence?
