10. Balance The Premier & Europa Leagues Correctly
Spurs' record in Premier League games that came directly after Europa League games last season was poor. Playing on a Thursday evening in counties like Moldova, Russia and Georgia was a very tasking process to begin with, without also having to travel back and play a full game in the Premier League on a Sunday, utilising some of the same players. Tiredness was obviously an issue and Mauricio Pochettino will have to utilise his full squad to get the balance right to ensure there is no repeat of last season's poor post-Europa League match record. It's certainly so far so good in that regard, as Spurs slaughtered Queens Park Rangers 4-0 three days after winning in Cyprus against AEL Limassol and Spurs fans will be hopeful they can keep that up.
