UFC President Dana White is synonymous with the UFC brand. The astute promoter has made himself the very embodiment of his company, acting as the always present face of every aspect of business. In some ways he is the real biggest star in company history, helped tremendously by his likeable and straight shooting personality. Whether it's interacting with fans on Twitter or his appearances on television, White has turned himself into MMA's most constant presence. That doesn't mean he will be around forever though. It may seem like UFC is his life, it may seem that his work is more passion than business, but White is already talking about not continuing his role in the longer term. In fact, he could be finished in UFC within the decade, revealing in a 2012 that interview that he's almost achieved all of his career goals. There's still some unfinished business and White sees the 7 year span of UFC's Fox Tv deal as as perhaps his exit point "I'm not saying I'm retiring the day this FOX deal is up, or anything like that, but it is what's kinda on my mind." Then again, maybe White will stick around. When a dissenter called for his retirement in 2013 he replied "Go f**k yourself".
