Randy Gregory was tipped to be a top 10 pick, but fell all the way down to number 60 and the Cowboys snapped him up. He represents incredible value but there's definitely a catch, as Gregory comes with off-field issues that need some serious work. The Cowboys' defensive end failed a drug test at the NFL Combine, and failed to complete practice with his new team, blaming the heat, dehydration, and needing to live a healthier lifestyle. If he gets it all right, the Cowboys have pulled off a coup, but how many times have we seen talented players fall foul to their own problems away from the field?
