10 Tennis Players Who Could Take Over The Sport

1. Francis Tiafoe

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Prf-EtlVlts As US men€™s tennis on the big stage continues to experience a drought that would have been unthinkable even ten years ago, being hailed as the nation€™s next star has become something of a poisoned chalice. Donald Young, the last man to be tagged with the unhelpful label, has found it an uncomfortable cross to bear and never seriously threatened to emerge from under it. What chance, then, for Francis Tiafoe? If the 16-year-old junior does manage to make good on his promise, his will be one of tennis€™s most remarkable stories. Tiafoe€™s father - an emigre from Sierra Leone - worked as the maintenance man at the Junior Tennis Champions Center in Washington, and his young son would sometimes sleep on a massage table there when times were particularly tough. Francis Jr. and his twin brother Franklin were part-raised by club members, and it was inevitable that they would start playing the sport. Francis was the more driven from the start, and his freakish dedication shows no signs of dimming as he enters the professional fray. Why he could take over the sport: Tiafoe became the youngest-ever winner of the Orange Bowl in December last year, and took his first steps on the main tour in July. Reports have emerged that the rapper Jay Z wants the prodigy to be the first tennis star of his RocNation Sports agency, so Tiafoe should enjoy his low profile while it lasts. It probably won€™t hold for much longer. Did we miss anyone? Give us what for in the comments section...

I watch movies and I watch sport. I also watch movies about sport, and if there were a sport about movies I'd watch that too. The internet was the closest thing I could find.
