6. He Once Attacked A Fan
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ba-BcbEyXQw With his World Cup dream over for good, Romário's career entered an itinerant phase as he intermittently toured the globe between spells in his native Brazil. Though his football career was on the wane, his irrepressible character still kept him firmly in the spotlight. Romário split opinion in his home city of Rio de Janeiro by leaving Vasco for big rivals Fluminense. While he endeared himself to his new fans in his first season at the Laranjeiras club, things began to turn sour when Baixinho jetted off to Qatar for a lucrative three month spell at Al-Sadd. Romário's time in the middle-east was a washout, and the aging striker struggled to find form when he returned to the Maracanã. With Fluminense languishing at the bottom of the table, feathers flew - literally - at the club's training ground when Romário was subjected to the anger of a disgruntled fan. After labelling the striker a 'mercenary', the irate encroacher launched six live chickens in his direction. A furious Romário - who disliked training as it was - reacted in a typically irrational fashion, launching a vicious beating on the assailer. Remarkably, Romário avoided punishment. Club president David Fischel deemed the player's reaction 'deplorable', but conceded that reprimanding the forward would only hurt the club.

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know).
He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
