Conor McGregor once infamously said he would be Jesus in a fight. That's sort of like fighting Gandhi (Fight Club anyone?), but in the end, it's just McGregor talking the talk. It's how he sells his fights. Not everyone was amused, or appreciates McGregor's P.T. Barnum act however. A Texas pastor, Donnie Romero of the Stedfast Baptist Church, has come out and said he is praying for God to smite McGregor. He literally wants God to kill the man. That's not very Christian, is it Pastor? In any case, McGregor has since said he is cool with Jesus, because "Gods recognize Gods."
