5 Loudest Sports Stadiums In The World

1. Seattle Seahawks (CenturyLink Field)

Well the current holders of the record are the Seattle Seahawks and their infamous 12th man. They are always in the running for this record and it was their previous attempt that broke Galatasary's record and then was beaten by the Chiefs before they reclaimed it in December 2013 during an emphatic 34-7 victory over the New Orleans Saints. CenturyLink Field, which even has a sign above the players tunnel that reads 'Home of the 12th man' is known as one of the loudest stadiums in the world. With a ridiculous level of 137.6 decibels, edging the Chiefs record out by 0.1 of a decibel, The Seahawks reclaimed their record. Unfortunately, every game mentioned here was just a regular season game in respective sports, rather than it being the Superbowl or the World Cup final. However, with the next World Cup final in Brazil and the Seahawks looking good for a Super bowl appearance, the record may not stay at CenturyLink Field for long.
