3. Muhammed "King Mo" Lawal vs. Joe Vedepo
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RZ77CIioouE Weight Class: Light Heavyweight King Mo seems to be cursed when it comes to opponents lately. He was expected to fight Tom Deblass at Bellator 123, but Deblass was injured, as was his original replacement, Marcus Sursa. He wound up facing Dustin Jacoby instead. Then he was booked against Deblass again for Bellator 131, but Beblass was injured again, and subsequently retired. So in steps Joe Vedepo, though Mo is probably just waiting for another injury and another new opponent. King Mo was to be "the guy" in Bellator MMA, but it just never worked out that way. However, since a close loss to Rampage Jackson, Mo has defeated Jacoby and should be able to win again against Vedepo. Look for a TKO in the second, but Lawal is far from a title shot thanks to two losses to current champion Emanuel Newton. However - and this is the good news - a rematch with Jackson, if he continues to fight, and names like Houston Alexander, Joey Beltran, Tito Ortiz, and Stephan Bonnar are all out there, and while pretty much all of them are past their prime, they'd all give Mo a shot at adding a solid name to his record.
