5 Major Problems Glasgow Rangers Still Face

5. The Fans

People are prone to crazy behavior, more so when put in a group with something to lose, even if it is only pride. Fan expectation is probably one of the hardest parts for managers to manage because its grounding can be based on so many things, like tradition. Rangers are established winners, though now it looks like some of those victories were bought about by unacceptable means. So Rangers being perceived as successful will likely depend on promotion every year, and a decent showing, if not all-out victory, in at least one cup. Whether that can be achieved with the clubs current constraints and management remains to be seen.
