5 Reasons Leeds United Should Be A Premier League Club

1. Fans

Without fans a football club would be nothing. It would be pointless and would eventually cease to exist. Leeds United have some very faithful fans, both local and worldwide. I mentioned the atmosphere in the Watford game before, simply electric. It was my first visit to Elland Road and it will be remembered. I knew of the faithful fans before this though as everyone knows. The rivalry with Manchester United, the chorus of marching on together bellowed throughout the stadium. I'd compare it to Anfield. They've stuck by their club through some extremely difficult times. Imagine how horrific it would be to see the club you adore playing against Europe's elite and then a few years later you find yourself watching them play League One football. The fans deserve Premier League football once again. They'd be a welcome addition to the Premier League family and they, like any other team, would do their best to stay. Hopefully we'll hear 'marching on together' being sung before a Premier League game soon.
