If Eden Hazard makes a move this summer, it will definitely be one of the biggest transfers of recent years. The Belgian has been one of the most consistently impressive players in the Premier League since arriving in England back in 2012 and would massively improve any squad on the planet.

Time and time again, Hazard has shown up in huge games for Chelsea, scoring vital goals in key moments and helping the club enjoy plenty of success in recent years. On the international stage, he's been one of Belgium's brightest lights, scoring 24 goals in 90 international appearances so far.

Hazard has been linked with both Manchester City and Real Madrid. For City, he could link up with Belgian teammate Kevin De Bruyne and give Guardiola's side even more firepower up front. In Madrid, he could be the perfect replacement if the Spanish side lose one or more of their big guns this summer.
