7 Predictions For The 2015 NBA Finals

2. The Warriors Will Win In Five Games

Most signs point towards a 4-1 Warriors victory. Although predicting the final outcome of an NBA finals series after only one game is an audacious (and probably foolish) endeavour, this could be seen as the most likely of outcomes. Although the Warriors lack a basketball machine of LeBron's caliber, they have their own unplayable offensive force in Steph Curry. Both men have the ability to keep each game close, but Curry's superior teammates and the frantic defensive energy of Golden State seem to suggest that the Warriors will maintain their home court dominance in Game 2. Although the home advantage of either team is well-documented by this point, Golden State amassed such a record in the legendarily tough Western Conference, while the Cavaliers beat the underpowered Celtics, burned out Hawks and limping Bulls. For this reason, it wouldn't be too outlandish a surprise to see the Warriors steal either Game 3 or 4 from under Cleveland's very noses, before returning to Oracle Arena for Game 5 and the subsequent victory parade.
