David Luiz told Goal.com that he is hopeful that Angel Di Maria will join him at Paris Saint-Germain. The former Chelsea centre back believes that the 27-year-old shouldn't be judged by his disappointing season at Manchester United and still thinks he is one of the world's best midfielders. He told reporters after PSG's defeat to Chelsea in North Carolina:

"We want to win the Champions League and of course Di Maria is a player that can help us go up another step. "Di Maria is one of the top three wingers in the world.
