8 Biggest Body Transformations In UFC

5. Frank Mir

Anthony Rumble Johnson

The MMA veteran has underwent several changes throughout his 17 year career. Mir’s physical stature has reigned from rippling bodybuilder to dadbod, and everything in between.

Mir has openly admitted to using Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) while it was still legal in the UFC. The treatment was banned in 2014 but Mir is adamant that the use of TRT was simply ‘putting a Band-aid on a problem.’ If that was the case and he wasn’t reliant on it, it doesn’t really explain why he didn’t fight for 12 months after TRT was banned.

In April 2016, Mir was handed a two year suspension after the USADA found Dehydrochloromethyltestosterone (DHCMT) in his system following an incompetition test ahead of his bout with Mark Hunt at UFC Fight Night 85. He made his return to the cage on Bellator 198 and suffered a first round TKO loss to MMA legend Fedor Emelianenko.
