3. England Are The Hosts

As England demonstrated in 2012 when they excellently hosted the London Olympic Games, they are one of the best countries in the world when it comes to organising major sporting events. And at the Rugby World Cup it won’t just be London getting in on the act, with a number of impressive stadiums across the country (and also in Wales) set the share in the occasion this time around.

With England among the tournament favourites this should make for a great atmosphere every time they take to the field. However one of the most exciting things about the competition being staged in England is that it won’t just be the host nation’s fans who are filling the stadium to cheer on their teams. Due to the relatively short journey required we can expect to see fans from the other ‘Home Nations’ (Ireland, Scotland and Wales) turning up in their thousands to cheer on their country. This will surely help make the tournament a very entertaining spectacle for fans both within the stadiums and also those watching at home.
