9. Ashley Williams
Club: Swansea City With some outstanding performances this season Ashley Williams is sure to have caught the eye of a few top clubs, and while I'm sure I'm not endearing myself to Swansea fans, he would be a great buy for Arsenal. The central defender is strong and quick, he can play with the ball at his feet and is a leader on the pitch. In other words, exactly what the Arsenal back four has been missing. Swansea might not be able to say no to an offer of between £15-20m.
8. Dede
Club: Vasco De Gama Vasco Da Gama defender Dede is a 24 year old Brazilian international who is renowned for his great tackling and heading. Being brazilian he's not too bad with the ball at his feet either so could be Arsenals David Luiz with one exception... Dede can defend. A reasonable fee would be enough to tempt another Brazilian to the star making leagues of European football.
