4. Wesley Sneijder
Wesley Sneijder joined Turkish champions Galatasaray from Inter Milan in January but could be on the move again considering next year is a World Cup year. Holland coach Louis Van Gaal has warned the attacking midfielder that he would stand a better chance of factoring into his plans next summer if he was playing at Stamford Bridge next season,
paving the way for a potential transfer. He said:
"Sneijder to Chelsea is just a rumour at the moment, but it would be much easier for me to keep an eye on his progress if he were to make the move to Chelsea. "I could be at Chelsea within an hour from the Netherlands and Mourinho is a friend of mine."
Galatasaray have even suggested the midfielder could be available for £12.75 million despite signing him just six months ago, and the Blues are certainly interested in the former Real Madrid man and one-time Manchester United target. Mourinho knows Sneijder well and the duo won the Champions League with Inter in 2010.
