Dinamo Tbilisi vs Spurs: 5 Things We Expect To See

4. An Improvement From Sunday

Despite the inevitable changes, with some players still expected to keep their place in the starting line-up (Kyle Walker, Mousa Dembele etc) and less new signings in the team in Georgia, Spurs should still perform better than they did at Selhurst Park. With match fitness hopefully having improved and more players on the pitch who are familiar with each other, Spurs should settle quicker and the fact that they are playing against inferior opposition should also make things easier and set Spurs up for an improved, morale-boosting performance. If Andre Villas-Boas gets the balance right, this match could serve as a good way to blood youngsters and those lacking in match fitness, whilst other players can take the opportunity to rest and observe their team-mates ahead of the rest of the campaign.
