One of the best to ever put on an Arsenal shirt, Tony Adams always came across as a nightmare to deal with as a striker. Big, strong, defensively sound and with the heart of a lion, he must've been the first name on the team sheet every time he was available to play simply due to the fact getting past him was probably more difficult than putting the ball in the back of the net. Even though he had success with Arsenal during the George Graham years, fans truly saw the complete best of Adams when Arsene Wenger took over the reigns. Not only did he look fitter than ever before, he also added an extra level to his game under 'Le Professor' getting up the other end to score some incredible goals as well.
