4. Brendan Rodgers
We dont talk about managers a great deal when we do these kinds of lists. However, its important to remember that they are ultimately the ones that mould a team together. Maybe I have a bit of a soft spot for Brendan Rodgers because he is a British manager but I do think he deserves a huge amount for credit for Liverpools exploits this season. He is one of those managers that I can see staying at Liverpool for an awfully long time, like David Moyes did at Everton or Sir Alex Ferguson did at Manchester United. I know some people thought it was a bit strange when the Reds appointed Rodgers from Swansea City but its clear now that they knew exactly what they were doing. Rodgers has previously worked under Jose Mourino as well as managing Watford, Reading and of course Swansea its clear that experience has helped to mould him into a very capable Premier League manager. His spell with the Reds has certainly proved to be the most successful of his career so far and he currently enjoys a 50% win ratio.
