Malaga will be open to selling and the player is likely to consider any offer because of the current situation at his current club. Recent arrivals from Malaga to the Premier League, including Santi Cazorla and Nacho Monreal, have settled in well so there is a high chance Portillo can become a key asset to the Reds if he jumps ship.
