Liverpool Transfers: 5 Signings To Bring Champions League Football To Anfield

1. Konstantinos Mitroglou

Another striker thought to be on Brendan Rodgers's radar is Konstantinos Mitroglou of Olympiacos. The 25-year-old has been excelling for the Green giants recently, having netted an incredible 11 times from just nine appearances this season. Mitroglou also impressed while out on loan at Atromitos, scoring 16 league goals in 28 outings in 2011-12, and built on that form upon his return to Olympiacos last season with a return of 11 strikes from 25 appearances. This is a player who is constantly developing and improving his game, and a realistic target in that he could be available for as little as £6 million in January, despite his impressive run of recent form. Who do you think Brendan Rodgers needs to sign in January? Can Liverpool finish in the top four without new recruits? Let us know in the comment section, below.
