1. Juan Mata Is Somehow Not In Favour
In 69 Premier League appearances for Chelsea, Mata has scored 18 goals and provided 25 assists. Yet he has only played 65 minutes of football this season. When Mourinho rejoined Chelsea there were reports that Mata and David Luiz were on a list of players that the new boss would not be loathed to lose. That seemed incredulous at the time, given how pivotal Mata had been to Chelsea the previous season and the improvement in Luiz's game from class clown to all-action hero. So for Mata not to be first choice is strange, for him to stay on the bench at Old Trafford all game simply bizarre. If he leaves Stamford Bridge this window, some fans may start to question the Special One's wisdom.
