Man Utd: 10 Reasons Louis Van Gaal Is Doomed To Fail

7. The Dutchman Doesn€™t Have Any Previous Premier League Experience

The big problem for David Moyes was he didn€™t have the experience of winning titles. This certainly isn€™t an issue here as the Dutchman has had plenty of success, but he doesn€™t have any direct experience of the Premier League. Experience of the league is important in terms of determining which sort of players should be signed and used as well as coming up with a suitable style of play for that country. Van Gaal is in for a steep learning experience, something which could well turn out to be a problem given that Man Utd really need to hit the ground running after their poor season under Moyes. There is an argument that he has taken charge of top clubs in other countries so will learn quickly, but it doesn€™t always like that especially since the Premier League is unique and unlike the other leagues that he has worked in.
