1. Samuel Eto'o
Radamel Falcao, Robert Lewandowski... How about Samuel Eto'o instead? United have been linked with some of the continent's top strikers this summer with news that Wayne Rooney could be about to leave, and the latest name to have been touted as a replacement for the England international is Eto'o. The former Real Madrid, Barcelona and Inter Milan ace can today be found plying his trade for Russian outfit Anzhi Makhachkala and though he may have represented a fantastic signing five years ago, back when he was in his pomp at the Nou Camp, today, news of a move to a club like United raises eyebrows rather than hopes. Cameroon's all-time top goalscorer, Eto'o is now 32 with his best years behind him, but that has not prevented Moyes from
looking into a £5 million move for the veteran striker.
