10. Asmir Begovic
Back in February, in the wake of some quite troubling goalkeeping problems at Old Trafford regarding No.1 David de Gea, Manchester United
were linked with Stoke City's Asmir Begovic. Speculation that the Bosnian would leave the Britannia Stadium in the summer had earlier picked up momentum through Stoke's purchase of Jack Butland from Birmingham City, casting Begovic's future at the Premier League outfit into uncertainty. However, de Gea has since enjoyed something of a renaissance at Old Trafford and has now firmly established himself as a reliable number one, meaning United probably don't need to replace him.
Likelihood? De Gea has come on leaps and bounds since the turn of the new year and looks like being United's number 1 for years to come.
