There really isn't a lot between Cooper and the other star receiver in the draft this year, Kevin White. Stats would suggest that Cooper is the greater talent, but White would be an equally fine draft acquisition for any team in the league, after posting seven consecutive 100+ receiving yard games at the start of his senior season at West Virginia. Despite his numbers (1,447 rec yards) not quite matching Cooper's ridiculous feat, many believe White has rapidly improved over his college years, and though Cooper is the more polished product as things stand, White's development could accelerate him into becoming a stunning receiver.
