It all depends on the Raiders' first move as to what happens if Jaelen Strong is still on the market by the time pick #35 comes around. If Cooper or White end up in Oakland, then the need for Strong isn't as great, though if Leonard Williams makes his expected move into Del Rio's side, a wide receiver has to be the next option. Many rate Strong in the latter half of the first round, meaning the Raiders could trade up to snatch him, or be patient and hope he falls into the second round.
