3. Marvin Lewis, Cincinnati Bengals
It's really tough putting a coach who got his team to the playoffs the last two seasons on the hot seat. Lewis has been here before, and he's managed to survive the last 10 years by hanging around. But what's hard to ignore is the fact that his team is 0-4 in the playoffs, and 0-2 over the last two seasons. The Bengals have a ton of talent on the roster and are a force in the AFC North division, but a playoff-miss could seal Lewis' fate in Cincinnati. Even if the Bengals do make the playoffs, if they have another first-round exit like they have the last two seasons, that might not be enough to keep Lewis in the mix.
