2. Jason Garrett, Dallas Cowboys
Six years ago, Garrett was a can't-miss offensive coordinator on the verge of being the next big head coach, and even the Baltimore Ravens wanted him, but I think they've lucked out with John Harbaugh. In 2010, he got his chance when they fired Wade Garrett at 1-7 and under Garrett, finished 5-3. However, since then, the Cowboys have underachieved and have finished 8-8 in consecutive seasons, along with missing the playoffs for a third straight season. What has to frustrate owner Jerry Jones is that the Cowboys have lost the chance to win the NFC East divisional title on the last game of the season in Week 17 for two straight years. Jones' passion to win is well documented, and if Garrett doesn't get it done in 2013, Jones will find someone else to lead. Jon Gruden could be getting called and having a lot of money shoved into his face to come to Arlington in 2014.
