RGIII need a big, big season if he's going to salvage his Redskins and NFL career. A return to his 2013 form would be a huge boost for the faltering side who desperately lack any sort of sparkle. Brandon Scherff was chosen ahead of Leonard Williams in the draft, with the Redskins opting for protection over defence. He will be responsible for keeping Griffin on his feet, a priority for the team. They added a lot of muscle and aggression to the lineup, but that doesn't necessarily mean they're going to use it to any great effect. 2015 Record: 5-11 (4th in NFC East)
