Teams aren't all about their quarterback, but they do make a damn huge difference when the team is as average as the Chicago Bears' roster. A top QB could probably haul them closer to an even record, but unfortunately for the Bears, they have to rely on the wildly overpaid, underachieving Jay Culter, or Jimmy Clausen. There are new offensive and defensive co-ordinators in town, but they're limited in terms of what they can do. Even if the Bears do get their act together this season, it'll be a tough ask to get past any of the other teams battling it out for the North. 2015 Record: 6-10 (4th in NFC North)
