One Player That Would Improve Every Premier League Team Next Season

Despite an inarguably disappointing campaign, there is room for optimism at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The Spurs squad is still packed with some serious talent and, although his fit with the team can still be argued, they have themselves a born winner in manager Jose Mourinho. However, there is a glaring weakness in this Spurs squad and it comes at right back.

Ivory Coast international Serge Aurier is about as far from a Mourinho player as one could imagine. Aurier is deeply erratic and rash and too much of a liability to ever fit in to a Mourinho unit. Napoli right-back Elseid Hysaj could fill that particular hole perfectly.

The Albanian international is a much more sturdy and dependable defender than Aurier. He is a calm presence in comparison to Aurier and he would not even be a step down in an attacking sense. Hysaj is an exceptionally balanced defender who also adds a great deal to a team in an attacking sense and could be a serious step up in quality for this Spurs team.
