Time has been United's best friend this season whilst also their worst enemy. They have been leaking early goals all season, but their sheer firepower up front has made the early goal thing almost a non issue. United seem to incredibly just shrug off going 1-0 down in the first 5 minutes as if it hasn't actually happened. The form of their attack is so great that they just play on, turning the game round in their favour every time. Last minute winners are a United trademark from throughout the years, with this season no different; Newcastle at Old Trafford, the FA Cup third round equaliser against West Ham. They even very nearly stole a victory at Real Madrid but for Van Persie to be denied by the keeper. However, looking at both United games with Tottenham in the league will show you that late and early goals conceded can, on occasion, be too much for even United to overcome. Ferguson won't want that tomorrow; he will want a confident show from his players with the title in sight. Such is United's present form, conceding an early goal doesn't feel as likely tomorrow; they're totally in top gear, smelling blood from across the city. They can go 15 clear of their rivals tomorrow and that will probably be evident right from the kick off.
