Now as Ive said before, just because its popular doesnt mean its any good, but in this case, it obviously is. The popularity of the series is increasing year on year, and with attendances on a Wednesday night that Rugby League in the UK can only dream of, State of Origin shows no sign of letting up any time soon. With my previous four points its plain to see why people are tuning in and even stumping up their disposable income to attend matches, and if I ever get the chance Ill be in the crowd at one of these encounters. If youre still not convinced, have a look at YouTube for some highlights of previous matches, and then if you get the chance, tune into the series on Premier Sports.
