Rugby Union Six Nations: 4 More Players That Should Go On 2013 Lions Tour

Wales After a disappointing start to their campaign, two composed wins in Paris and Rome suggests that Wales' defense of the Six Nations Championship is still alive. They face a tough test away to Scotland this weekend but a win would set them up for a tense finale against England in a couple of weeks.

Adam Jones (Prop)

Adam Jones It is about time that the front-row had a selection. Adam Jones is truly the 'Mr. Consistent' of world rugby. It is well known that Jones is pivotal to the Wales setup and the whole nation gasps if he shows any signs of injury. He may not be the quickest player around but he does his job in the scrum and he does it well. It was evident in the last stage of Six Nations matches that Wales scrum can be fairly dominant, even against a good scrum-centred team such as Italy. Any country in the world would accept a prop of Jones' quality as he simply never seems to dip in form. He was one of the best players during the 2009 Lions Tour to South Africa and has continued to be one of the world's finest tight-head props. Jones would go to Australia as one of the most experienced players and is likely to have an impact whether he was in the starting line-up or coming off the bench. Along with Ryan Jones his experience brings success as he is one of the few players in the Wales squad to have played through the three recent Grand Slams. So that is it for another week. Four more players will be picked for next week prior to the final games of this year's tournament...
