Spurs Best Overseas XI Of The Premier League Era

3. Right Wing: Christian Eriksen

Although not an out-and-out winger by any stretch of the imagination, Danish midfielder Christian Eriksen can certainly play there and he had to be in this team, so that's where he's playing! Eriksen is the player most people are currently talking about with regards to Spurs. The Denmark international player made 36 competitive appearances last season €“ 29 of which were from the start €“ in what was his first campaign in England and scored 10 goals from an attacking midfield position, which is a great return. He has started this season well too, which would suggest good times are ahead for Spurs fans - especially if Mauricio Pochettino can get the absolute best out of him. It's no word of a lie to say that Eriksen could become one of the best players in the world. He has superb feet, an exquisite first touch, creates chances, crosses a ball brilliantly, takes a mean set-piece, scores goals and works very hard for his team. And who else would we put on the right wing in this team - Jose Dominguez? We think not (and Ruel Fox isn't REALLY from Montserrat is he...).
