6. Matt Jarvis (Wolves)
Valuation- 6-8 Million The second of three Wolves players featured, Matt Jarvis is arguably the most in demand and one of the hottest properties on this list. Jarvis has been one of few consistent players for Wolves over the past couple of seasons and his performances alone were what gave Wolves the few points they managed. Jarvis is another who would easily make the journey up the road to Stoke. With his contribution to the team effort regarding of score line and his crossing ability, its not difficult to see why Tony Pulis has already gone on record with his interest. With Wolves valuing their talisman at 10 million, and Pulis more open to the idea of 5 Million. The decisive factor is whether the two parties would be willing to meet in the middle.
7. Matt Phillips (Blackpool)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XwxavUCZr88 Valuation- 3-4 Million A readymade alternative to Jarvis would be Blackpools star of last season Matty Phillips. Scoring 16 teams in all competitions last season, Phillips is truly a talented winger who could easily fill either Matthew Etherington or Jermaine Pennants shoes. With interest already coming in from Reading, it would seem that Tony must act fast or face losing the young starlet. Depending on Stokes budget for the season, I would favour Phillips over Jarvis. If signing Jarvis would mean less money for other crucial signings then Phillips for me would be a no-brainer alternative.
