He may not be quite the attraction that his brother Nick is. That doesn't take away from him being the most entertaining lightweight in the world. His antics are apparent to his brother, along with his strict training regime. You never know what he'll say next, which always gets fans excited. He'll call out Josh Thomson and Benson Henderson for being boring, then he'll ask for his release from the UFC in some random tangent. People still absolutely the Diaz brother for simply not caring about the consequences for their actions. It didn't matter if Diaz was jumping Jason Miller on TV or calling Brian Caraway a homophobic slur on twitter, he'll say whatever is on his mind. When you have no filter and are winning on a consistent basis, fans will begin to adore you. Diaz may be only 1-2 in his last three fights, but fans realize that he's fighting the best in the world and still manages to be amongst the elite. From flipping the bird to waving his opponent on to rush in, people begin to become enamored. He may not give the most coherent interviews, but you'll never get a dull interview from Diaz.
