Gabriel Jesus embodies the quintessential rags-to-riches story shared by many of Brazil's greatest players. Raised in the São Paulo favela of Jardim Peri, 17-year old Jesus watched on four years ago as his nation spectacularly crashed out to Germany on home turf.

Two years later, he was starting - and scoring - for the team. Expectations are high that he and kindred spirit Neymar can excise those demons in Russia this summer.

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know). He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
