Women's FIFA World Cup: 10 Players To Look Out For

4. Luisa Necib (France)

Les Bleus are many people€™s outside bet to win the whole tournament, and it isn€™t hard to see why when they€™ve got players of Luisa Necib€™s quality amongst their ranks. The Lyon starlet is a two-time UEFA Women€™s Champions League winner and has also lifted the domestic title on no fewer than eight occasions. Additionally, the 28-year-old boasts over 125 caps for her national side and has been a key member of the Bleus outfit ever since her 2005 debut. Her acumen to perform on the big stage was solidified when she was named in the 2011 Women€™s World Cup All-Star Team. Sometimes referred to as the female Zidane, the playmaker is often the key to unlocking opposing defences for the likes of Eugenie La Sommer and Marie-Laurie Delie. If France do improve on their fourth-placed finish four years ago, it will most probably be down to the influence of their central starlet.
