World Cup 2014: 5 Reasons Why It Should Stay In Brazil
When a team is hosting a World Cup it's never good to receive negative publicity, but that's exactly what happened with the stadium accident that occurred last week. The incident occurred at the stadium in Sao Paulo that is due to host the opening ceremony of the World Cup next year. This has prompted some people to suggest that the World Cup should be moved due to these new safety concerns coming to light. However, it's not unusual for countries to suffer a few teething problems ahead of a big event such as hosting a World Cup or the Olympic Games. The issues sighted aren't concerning enough to consider moving the World Cup to another country in 2014. In this slideshow, I hope to show some of the reasons why this is the case, and overall I am looking forward to following the World Cup in Brazil. I think it's going to be a real spectacle and celebration as well as giving us all a taste of what is to come with the 2016 Olympic Games that will also be hosted by Brazil, so let's get started...
