World Cup 2014: 5 Things We Expect To See In The Quarter Finals

5. Rousing National Anthems

Joe Giddens/EMPICS SportJoe Giddens/EMPICS SportOne thing we learnt from the Confederations Cup and so far this World Cup is that the South Americans love their national anthems. So with Brazil, Columbia and Argentina remaining in the Quarter-Finals it only means one thing; some passionate national anthems. The Estádio Castelão on Friday night will be a sea of yellow as over 60,000 fans of Brazil and Columbia will flock into the stadium in anticipation of what will surely be a great game. But make sure you turn on before the kick-off as the national anthems will be quite a sight. Emotions will run high and expect some tears. We will just have to hope that the emotions don€™t get the better of the players and this highly anticipated Quarter-Final doesn't pass them by. Argentina€™s national anthem will seem majestic compared to the half-hearted European attempt of the Belgium side. These anthems are sometimes as enjoyable as the football so make sure you don€™t miss them.
