http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VyqzPu5pX6U While the last year or two of the show didnt live up to the greatness of the first couple years, and while the show often turned into more of a liberal screed than even I, an avowed Democratic-Socialist, would have liked, it was still one of the best shows ever made for American TV. With excellent sets, exceptional writing that holds up even now, years later, and an especially wonderful performance by Martin Sheen as the president so many of us wish we had, this show truly became one for the ages.
