I think its important to be clear on that, since few people would ever call the old one anything other thanwell, something not printable on a family website. The reboot, however, was amazing. It wasnt always easy watching, mind you. It dealt with things like terrorism (from both sides of the experience), nuclear war, torture, and whether or not the ends justify the means. It was seldom judgmental on these issues, but rather let the audience make up their own minds. While the show wasnt everyones cup of tea, and the ending really ticked off a lot of people (myself not included), it remains probably the best show of the last decade.
