Lily Rabe has played everything from a hippy witch, a grieving mommy ghost and a serial murderer in the latest season of American Horror Story, but it was her performance as Sister Mary Eunice in season 2's Asylum that really put her at number 4 of this list. Do you remember her role as the creepy (and naughty) nun? An insecure, sweet little thing, Mary Eunice gets possessed by the devil and begins her unorthodox rule over the asylum, delighting in having free reign over the establishment. She wrecks havoc in the most devilish ways, all while pretending to be her old, butter-won't-melt-in-her-mouth self. Rabe pulls this performance off so stylishly that you'd almost swear that the personality is all her own.. and you can't deny that she was your favourite nun, like, ever.
